• Hi,
    By the end of October the plug-in does not work well. Emails are sent but they do not come to anyone except one mail address (but not always).
    All email domains are different, so it’s not a single domain issue. Do you know how to help me understand?

  • I published two new posts this week and neither of my subscribers received the emails and I have not received the sent report.
    I have tried to send a newsletter using only three addresses but also this task didn’t work.
    Could you please help me?

    Apologies for all the inconvenience.
    Please make sure you have updated to the latest version of the plugin ie 3.4.2.
    May I know what type of method are you using presently(Sending mail immediately or Cron job method)?

    Please let me know your views on the same.

    The problem is that I have this issue also sending newsletter.
    I try to send a newsletter to a test group (3 emails) and the report shows that it was sent but I am sure that it has not been sent.
    I have the latest version.

    Firstly, update the plugin to the latest version i.e 3.4.3

    Kindly check your SPAM folder if you are not able to get the email in your inbox.

    May I know what email id have you put inside “Sender of notifications field”?
    If it is a free email if like [email protected] or [email protected], Kindly use a private email id such as [email protected].

    I just updated the plug-in in 3.4.3.
    I use a pro mail address to send emails and when I do a test of newsletter, the mails do not arrive and there is nothing in the box span.

    It seems that I need to investigate this issue more deeply to try helping you resolve this issue asap.
    Kindly get to us here as this needs checking the issue at your end.

    The problem is recent because before the last 2 update it worked without problem. Can this be related to my host OVH?

    I have updated to the new version but I still have the problem.
    I publish a new post after having updated and the report has been created but with nodata and email not sent.
    I noticed that I recently have updated also the jetpack plugin… could this error be related to this plugin?
    Please it is important that you find a solution to this problem.
