Email not working

    Hi,

    I have opted for both email and inline options. after submitting the form, it shows the inline file download. but the email to the user is not receiving. Please help.

    Hi @aruna89,

    Could you please provide the following 3 items to help us troubleshoot your issue?

    1. Shortcode and a URL showing the WordPress Download Monitor working successfully
    2. Shortcode and a URL showing the Contact Form 7 working successfully
    3. Shortcode and a URL showing the Email Before Download failing

    I just tested both email and inline options on my end and it is working. Can you try just doing the email option to see if it is not working for both?

    Hi,

    Please find the attached screenshot. I have submitted the forms many times. But it is not sending email to the user with the file attachment.

    Check the below link for contact form and download monitor shortcode placed.

    Check below link and when you click on download brochure button, it will show a popup with contact form and on form submission it shows the file to download below the success message. but after that it is not sending email with the file attachment.

    Hi @aruna89,

    After looking into the issue we realized we have a bug with sending the email as an attachment. That being said we are unable to replicate the issue of no email being sent at all. This possibly could be due to the configuration of your mail service with your server. Are you using a plugin such as WP Mail SMTP for this?
