    hi, when I’m using Postman SMTP plugin, email notification in awesome support will be deactivated, what should I do? can you help me?

    Hi:

    What do you mean that “email notification is deactivated”? The emails do not get sent? What does the postman log file say – do you see it attempting to send the emails?

    We’ve used the POSTMAN plugin in the past and it worked. Unless a newer version changed something it should work.
