Hi:
Do you have a transactional email provider installed? Something like Mailgun? That would tell you immediately if the issue is with the email not being sent at all or if the email is leaving WordPress but not being delivered.
You can also use the POSTMAN plugin which has logs that can show the same information (but with much less detail).

That is not the log file for postman – that’s just a diagnostic. Please create a ticket in Awesome Support and then check the postman log files to see if the email is being sent. Also, please make sure you’ve turned on the option to send emails in TICKETS->SETTINGS->EMAILS.
