    Hi
    None of the notification emails is being received by our users and I don’t understand why. I have installed and configured SendGrid as described in a reply to another post but it does not change the situation. Please help

    Hi @franbog,

    Do you receive emails from the WordPress? This issue can be also caused by the SMTP plugins which send all emails via an SMTP server.

    Yes you are right I solved it by adding a CNAME record in my DNS.
