When I get a new order it triggers an email notification but it sends to ‘C’ instead of the email from the order.
I use Ultimate WP Mail but that does not help. The email does not also have any data on the order.

Secondly, it does not send an email to the administrator. It only sends it the person who placed the order but it uses the wrong email which is ‘C’.

    Thanks

This only happens for Woocommerce orders. Manual Orders are fine

After someone places a new order in WooCommerce, what shows for the email address in the order that gets created in our plugin? Is it the correct email address or is it just “C”?

    Hi @mileshift,

1.) Under “Order Email Frequency” (Found in Options > Basic), what do you have it set to?
2.) Could you provide screenshots of your setup? You could this site to share screenshots: https://imgbb.com
3.) Are there any error messages that appear? If so, what do they say?
4.) Could you try deactivating all plugins (besides ours and WooCommerce) and see if it works? Or does it not make a difference?
5.) Could you provide a link to your site so we can further diagnose the situation?

    Hi @etoilewebdesign,

    1. The “Order Email Frequency” is set to “On Change”

    Hi @mileshift,

The issue seems to be something specific to your setup.

Could you provide us a temporary login to your site so we can further investigate? Please make a full backup of your site before providing us with access. As part of our troubleshooting process, we may have to do stuff like deactivating plugins and themes, and changing settings, both in our plugin and potentially elsewhere. As we are not familiar with your setup, it could happen that certain elements of your install get changed during our troubleshooting.

Please email us at [email protected] with the login credentials (just make sure to reference this thread when you do).
