Email Notification

    Hello,
    I have a issue with email notifications when creating a task or when there is an update of tasks.
    Do you need a mail server attached to wordpress?
    Otherwise I have misconfigured a few things.

    Hi Mick,

    Thanks so much for getting and apologies for the inconvenience.

    Most hosting providers come with a mail server, however, to confirm if there might be a server problem, could I kindly suggest installing an email log plugin such as https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/email-log/. This will show all emails that were attempted to be sent and if there are any mail server issues it will show in the log.

    Please let me know if this helps and what displays in the log so I can assist you further.

    Additionally, can you confirm if the correct email notification settings are enabled in the Zephyr profile settings under Zephyr > Settings > Profile Settings > Email Notifications?
