Hi from France,
the plugin is not sending an email notification to the visitor when I change pending to approved status for his booking. What should I do?

That’s a commercial feature (Status Update Emails Add-on, https://apphourbooking.dwbooster.com/blog/2018/12/27/status-update-emails/). We’d like to help but we can’t reply about that in this forum. We are not allowed to support any customers in these forums.
