    Good day! Thanks so much for your great plugin! I would like agents to receive notifications when they are assigned to a ticket. In the item “Email notification” I configured everything, but I can not find a place where I could specify the username, password, and mailbox from which notifications would be sent. Could you help me?

    Hello,

    Please verify below steps for troubleshooting the issue:
    1. You have entered From Name & From Email in email notification settings of the plugin.
    2. We use the default wp_mail() function to send emails. If you have not installed SMTP plugin to send emails, the mail() function does not guaranty you to deliver emails. There are many popular free SMTP plugins available on ww.wp.xz.cn. Please install any smtp plugin.

    Same problem I also face. I have installed SMTP plugin & configure mail details. But Can’t received any mail regarding ticket create or assign or close related. But when I add new user, I have received mail. That means its Support Candy plugin issue.

    Hello,

    Please follow the steps to fix the issue:
    1. Go to Support > Email Notifications > Ticket Notifications.
    2. Edit each notification and make sure the recipients are correctly selected. 3. Now, save the setting again.
    4. Create a guest ticket. Please use a different email address than your email address. Please check in spam/junk folder.

    If that does not resolves the issue then please create a ticket on our support page.
