    Hi all,

    I have been browsing the plugins section for a simple email notification plugin or option, but cannot find a simple one, or one which is compatible with WordPress 2.0.5 and up. They all seem to be far more than what I need or only for WP v1.

    I don’t need anything amazing, just a simple email to be sent to subscribers when I post a new article. I can manage the list myself.

    Me too! Simple email notification for readers that is compatible with latest WP.

    I found Subscribe2. Just what I was looking for and appears to work great and simply.
