    Hello,
    I want to know if its possible that when i publish a post, it sends an email notification to the first person on the list.

    When i publish another post its sends to second person on the list.

    When i publish another post its sends to the third person on the list.

    This continues to the last person on the list and then it starts over again from the first one.

    Is it possible, or do you perhaps know any notification system like this.

    Hi,
    thanks for your request. This sounds like a very individual demand. I guess you want to distribute the pending posts to several reviewers, but just one at a time.

    Post Status Notifier doesn’t support such a feature right now, but I’ll think about it.

    What you can do right now, is to set up custom notification rules with category filters, so you could split the responsibility for categories to single reviewers. Not the same as what you asked for, but one way to establish different notification emails on the same post.

    Do you know any plugin that is similar to what i asked or works the same, any help will be grateful.

    Sorry, no. I haven’t seen any plugin yet which could solve your request.
