I don’t agree! Many users have problems with the documentation of your brandnew notification procedure.I would suggest to give somewhere on your documentation a simple example how to set it up.
90% of all users using your form as a simple registration form for clients.Name

You stated, “Many users have problems with the documentation of your brandnew notification procedure.” I’m not sure where you are determining this information but anyone who has requested support for this at the link I provided above have never come back with any confusion whatsoever on how this is setup. This issue is resolved 100% with the documentation we have readily available.
I’m not sure I’m understanding where you disconnect is but we would be happy to assist in our support channel I mentioned above as this is meant for reviews and not support. I simply wanted to point out that this is well documented and very easy to set up for users of all skill levels. I believe the documentation and the video will speak for itself on it’s ease of use. We will always expect actionable feedback to improve our plugin if it makes sense with the direction we are headed.
ok, I admit you tried everything to make it easy to understand. I still don’t get it, why it took me (and if you read in your forum I’m not the only one) a while to figure it out.
Make it more logical and don’t try to combine all possibilities.
