email notification

    We receive the notification from someone who has completed the form. Problem is, the content is as follows:

    From: Jenny Smallridge
    Subject: Investments

    Message Body:
    Looking for advice on my investments

    The ‘From’ field display the visitors name and not their email address??, and yet the Mail settings are:
    From: [your-name] <[your-email]>
    Subject: [your-subject]

    Message Body:
    [your-message]

    So the email does not show, and we cannot contact the visitor.

    Please can you help with what is going wrong here?
