Email Notification blank

    Hi, I installed the Postman SMTP PLUGIN to fix the following issue: I got the “Order” Notification but the client did not get the Confirmation.

    The good news: thanks to the Plugin, all the notifications have been received successfully.

    BUT the Emails (Order and Confirmation Emails) are empty: no text, just blank.

    How can I sort out the Problem?

    Hi! Thanks for using the plugin.

    Postman does not generate email content. You will have to ask the author of the plugin generating Order Notifications why there is no message content.
