    Hello,
    I really like this plugin. Finally, my emails are delivered… Well done!
    I just have a tiny problem.

    When I first setup my email notifications for my form, I added an incorrect email to the “From Email” input field (Settings & Integrations > Email Notifications > Advanced > From Email).

    I have changed the email but my notifications still show the old From Email which might be confusing to senders when I respond to them. I have updated the From Email several times and it shows correctly in the settings of the plugin but my email notifications still use the old From Email.

    How can I make sure that this is changed?

  • Hi there,

    If you are using any SMTP for sending the emails then please check the SMTP connection and make sure you have set the correct “From Email” in the SMTP settings.

    If you are using any caching plugins then you can deactivating that plugin temporarily and then test again.
