Email Notification to Subscribers

    My subscribers aren’t receiving an email notification when I post a new blog post. Do I need to add a plugin to my theme in order for this to work?

    Also, if someone comments, what plugin can I add to notify them if anyone else (myself included) posts after them on the same blog topic?
