    Hello @aprods,

Thank you for sharing the detailed information. This is not supposed to happen, so let me clarify a few things for you.

If you have set the Host with an email address like [email protected] (not the admin email), then the Host should receive an email notification (already tested and works as expected: [https://prnt.sc/1XNcN1rt_EFD]), provided that notifications are enabled in the Notification panel, as shown in the screenshot: [https://prnt.sc/xFwVhyoaCFrm].

Could you please check whether the Host you’re referring to is configured with the admin email address? If so, we recommend creating a new Host by assigning it to a newly created user and testing the email notifications again.

Additionally, please verify that you have selected the ‘From Name’ and ‘From Email’ in the Email Settings, as indicated in this screenshot: [https://prnt.sc/cnyF-2o8w61M]. If these fields are not set, kindly choose your preferred values and save the changes. This should hopefully resolve the issue.

Please let me know if you have any further questions or if there’s anything else I can assist you with.

    Best regards!
    Ruman Ahmed.

    Hello @aprods,

Thank you for your cooperation regarding this matter. Based on your screenshot, the Host information is not clearly visible, it’s possible that the Host and the admin user are the same. To verify this, please check the user details from the WordPress Users panel and confirm whether the Host matches the admin account. If so, you can delete the Host calendar and re-add it with the correct users you wish to designate as a Host.

Please note that the calendar owner must be added as a registered WordPress user in order to appear in the Host dropdown list: [https://prnt.sc/JVhi5xmOHRk3]. Also, ensure that the user role assigned to the Host is set to anything other than “Subscriber.” Hopefully, this helps you achieve the desired outcome.

Please let me know the update.

    Best regards!
    Ruman Ahmed.
