    Hello, is it possible to send an automatic notification email to the assignee who is assigned to a ticket?

    Hello @waylayer,

    Yes, you can send automatic email notifications to the Assignee by adding “assignee” to the recipient list of email notifications. Please visit the documentation for more info.

    i just look in that setting but i have “assignee” in the “New ticket staff notification” and when a new ticket is created all agents got the notification but when i (as an admin) add an “assignee” to the new ticket the “assignee” dont get a notification

    Hello,

    Please create a new ticket notification and select the event type “Change Assignee” and add assignee to the recipient.
