    I noticed on notification emails the html tags are showing. How can I remove these? It’s not happening on Gmail.

    Also if I need to add one additional field for example customers to choose a seating area can I do so?

    If the HTML tags are showing, this could be due to settings in your own email client. The emails that are delivered use the same HTML regardless of whether it goes to Gmail or elsewhere, so proper display of the email is really up to the email client.

    If you want to add additional fields to the form, you have a couple of options. The Custom Fields addon will allow you to easily add this with a drag-and-drop interface.

    If you’re a developer familiar with WordPress’s hooks system, you can easily add and process custom fields. You’ll find some information about this and other aspects of the extensible code-base in the developer documentation:
