Note: perhaps my guide is outdated as I’ve tried accessing the wpamelia site to check the guide there or se did you have a support system however it’s blocked either by my country or ISP, this wasn’t always the case though.

Hi there, thank you for using Amelia,
It’s best if you contact us via our helpdesk, we are not aware of any country restrictions. Can you please try to open again?
Until then, unfortunately, we can provide only generic answers:
- Try to enable all logs for PHP, Mailcatcher, etc.
- Then, after trying to launch the cronjobs, review what’s in there: was the execution successful? Did mails go out? Are there any errors reported? If yes, on which side? Or there’s no sign of it even trying to launch?
Basically, error messages are usually self-explanatory, and by just enabling the debug you can tell what’s the issue.
First step would anyway be to localize: a) Is the cronjob not executing at all (which would mean it’s either not at all available on your server, or not configured correctly), b) It is executing, but the emails are not sent (in which case there is an issue with mailing configuration).
Thank you!
Thank you for the reply! I’m in Seychelles. We are very small with strict laws. I’ve have noticed restrictions on many hosting brands GoDaddy and BlueHost sites are among them.
anyway! How do I enable this logs for PHP? I can’t see that in my settings or WordPress settings. I’ve clarified with the host I’m using and cron is activating and emails are working it’s only scheduled emails that fail.
I get this error when attempting to use wp cron:
Code Line 1: Unclosed ‘(‘file_get_contents(“https://aldore.naldoria.co…
