Hello @jimk1416 ,
Yes, the free version of SureForms does support email notifications.
If you’re not receiving emails, this is usually due to email delivery issues on the site rather than a plugin limitation. To ensure emails are sent correctly, you’ll need to configure an SMTP connection on your website.
This helps WordPress send emails reliably instead of using the default mail function.
You can follow this video guide to fix the “Unable to Send Email Notification” issue in SureForms:
https://youtu.be/Lug-cTv1yg4.
Once SMTP is set up, the email notifications should start working as expected.
If the issue persists after configuring SMTP, please let us know we’ll be happy to help further.
Best Regards,
Avinash
Thanks but my entry log is showing that it was sent although nothing was received

I finally got it to work using the other smtp option. At first I couldn’t get the admin email to receive even though it sent OK. The User notification was received ok.
But once I changed the notification form’s fields for the From and Subject name to actual values rather than form tags it worked.
Thanks
