    I’m trying to implement better messages with Fluent Community, and I turned on the email notification when a message is sent to someone. Yet, I did not receive any emails when testing. Is there a delay or something I’m missing?

    Yes and please ensure that WP Cron is working properly at your website as email notifications are only sent via WP Cron.

    I don’t think it was cron, it was the 15 minute delay in the settings. On another note, it says enter ‘0’ to disable — does that mean disable the delay, or disable emails being sent out? I put it to 0, then tested sending a message but it was not sent immediately.

    Hi there!

    Setting 0 means to disable email notifications completely. The minimum sending interval is 1 minute.
