I’ve tried to figure this out all afternoon with no luck. I’ve tried enabling and disabling PHPMailer, as well as playing with all the settings. The email notifications are sent fine when the user places a booking, but no notifications work when I try to Approve or Cancel a booking from the backend.
Hi dear user.
Maybe the issue comes from user email. Did you try to add another booking request from another email and then approve it?
Also, try to type in all “Email From” fields only your email address instead of [useremail].
Thanks.

Hi,
Thanks for the reply! I’ve found a solution to my issue, and thought I would explain it here in case anyone else is having an issue.
I was using a temporary domain for my site while the DNS updated. Once the DNS had successfully updated and I changed the WordPress Address URL and the Site Address URL in WordPress settings to the actual domain (rather than the temporary domain), the plugin started sending out all emails correctly.
I hope this helps someone else!
Thanks again for the support 🙂
