Thank you for reaching out, and we completely understand your concern about the feed not updating and the access token expiring without any notification.
We realize how important it is to keep your feeds running smoothly, and we truly appreciate your feedback on this. At the moment, Spotlight doesn’t include an automated notification system for expired access tokens or API errors, but we absolutely acknowledge that this is an area in need of improvement.
The good news is that we’re actively working on a solution—specifically, a feature that will send email notifications when an access token expires. This should help prevent unexpected feed disruptions and make it easier to stay on top of any connection issues.
In the meantime, we recommend checking the feed periodically to ensure it’s working correctly. And of course, if you notice anything out of place or need assistance reconnecting an account, feel free to reach out—we’re always happy to help!
