Hi,

is there any chance to use email notification with attachments while using the customized template files?

I made sucessfully a custom email template, including some php switch statements, but I am not able to attach a file.

I followed this for the template:

And I am aware of this as well:

However, I don’t know how to use both in combination..

Today, I recognized I can include my custom template by using the [template email] tag. Unfortunately, regardless of what my template contains, the text gets truncated after ~111 characters.

Anybody knows where this limitation comes from ?

e.g. this is what I get in the mail for the template email tag:
\@ORGANISATION:xxx.yyyy.zzz\@REQUESTTYPE:IncidentEscape Zeichen werden "so realisiert".@REQUESTAREA:ZZ.Mo
