    Hi @mlteam ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

    In order to make the required changes, you will need to override that email template to your theme.

    You can do this by going to WooCommerce > Settings > Emails and Manage on New order.

    If you scroll to the bottom of that page, you see the option allowing you to “Copy the file to your theme”. You can then make your necessary changes (add elements, remove elements, etc) directly to that file within your theme.

    There is no setting or hook that I can perform in order to disabled it?
