    when someone attempts to sign the petition it actually takes the name and puts it in the data file, but the little icon that shows it is cycling continues indefinite, so the person gets the impression it did not actually take the name. No suscess message screen pops up. I checked my browser and it will allow pop ups. Any idea what the problem is?
