email plugin

We are a small club which has subscribers/members. We are looking for a plugin which will allow any member to send emails out to the membership using a simple single email address. AQs long as a member is on the list they should be able to send emails out. This is to shield our members email addresses from view. It would allow any member to send a notice and all members on the list would get the message. Any suggestions??
