• My form worked perfectly until about a week ago. The form itself when I check on “view” is filled perfectly but now when the email arrives in my inbox it (1) come from my registered email mine which is not the destination one (which shows nothing sent in its Sent box) and (2) the correct inbox where the data arrives, all the text is garbled.

    Please help.
