Yes,
If you don’t need every singe line then omit the ones you don’t need.
The details that are sent via email are within the App Form Settings.
You need to either.
1. Add Blank Fields (Blank Space) as Separators
2. Check the (Block this field from application emails) for each field you want to omit.
Thanks for the quick response,
The following is an excerpt from the notification email that is received upon new appliction:
Has your drivers license been suspended or revoked in the last five years?: No Are you legally eligible for employment in the United States?: Yes Within the past seven years, have you been charged, convicted or released from prison for any criminal offense?: No High School Name and Address:
You can see that each question isn’t separated by line. In the App Form Settings I do have a (blank space) following the “Within the past seven years, have you been charged, convicted or released from prison for any criminal offense?” question. That blank space does separate on the form itself, but doesn’t seem to carry over into the notification email.
The thing that I find interesting is that this seems to only happen associated with the radio button input option. Most of the other options are the text input and each of those do break to a new line within the notification email.
Thanks for your help!
Something we will have to look into for future updates.
Most Recruiters / Managers only want to see basic info and NOT the entire application. That’s why the link is provided in the email.
Future will include a full Mobile option so the email part may be parsed down even more as it’s unrealistic in today’s mobile aspects to have all that info in an email.
