WordPress is not an email client.

Sorry for the confusion but WP has Themes-Templates-plugins that allow it to be used as a
web site email type client so if i use any Themes-Templates-Plugins, email enabled could email records be deleted from the data base & WP permanently ?
It would depend on the plugin and/or theme. It’s most likely that such plugins would use IMAP to talk to the mail server and not store anything in the WP database.

Thanks,i`ll ask the developers about it…Could a data base mysql, sql etc. be configured to delete/ not store anything with-without WP just to make sure.
Bear with me on WP as it`s new to me, i have very little knowledge of it.
Again, WP is not a mail client. I would never build one into WP, as there are so many good webmail tools out there. If you use a webmail plugin, how it works would depend on the plugin.

Ok, could i ask you to point me in the right direction to some of these tool`s ? Something that would be for a private web site & not a web based provider like yahoo , google etc. a stand alone product to incorporate into a web site or just a web based email site.
Take it from someone who’s been there. You do not want to run your own mail server. It’s a boatload of work that is done so much better by others. Do you really want email or would a forum work for you?
What is it you’re really trying to build?

A simple private anonymous disposable email address web based site, so i don`t have to rely on 3rd. party providers. Something that would use cpanel as you can add-delete email address anytime. The only cost is to develop the site and simple shared hosting.
No spam that way, no lists i cant get removed from with multiple useless ads etc.
Can i say this one last time? WordPress is not a mail server. This is not an appropriate thing to do in WordPress.
