    Hi, when I modify or cancel a costumer reservation through (settings > Current Booking Status > reset reservation counter ), all booking information is removed, including the attendee list. Therefore, the reminder emails are not sent.
    What can I do about it? Any suggestions?

    Booking is all about the Attendee list. If you delete all the Attendee then how the Email Reminder will work? Email reminder sent email to the attendees email address.
