• Resolved cryanathus

    IMAP seems set up correctly – it’s pulling tickets from emails sent to the inbox. But when we reply to those emails from within the helpdesk and mark the ticket resolved, no response is emailed to the customer. How do we make that happen?

    Please disregard – in the meantime I’ve managed to get it working.

    It would be helpful to others if you would list what took place to correct the problem. Thank you

    Just didn’t have the correct SMTP information in the email client. Wasn’t a wordpress issue.
