    Hello,
    creating an new ticket requires a valid email adress. the field “email-adress” is a mandatory field. is ist possible to set this field to “not mandatory”?

    Hello @frankthi,

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to create a ticket anonymously. Email address is a mandatory field.
