Email Rerouting does not work with checkbox values

    Dear Forminator team.

    First of all – great Plugin

    I have a problem: I have a checkbox with 3 options in my form. On SUBMIT the program should send an email with different subject and content to 1 or more email addresses – depending on the options checked in the checkboxes.

    That does not work – the emails are not arriving at the rerouting email addresses.

    For testing I am using the same email address for all 3 options – but none of them will be received in that email account.

    The Email Rerouting works if I have it check for a simple entry field like name-1.

    Hello @nicecap !

    I’m sorry to hear you’ve experienced this issue!

    I tried replicating the issue on my test site and it looks like it may be related to an issue which should be fixed in an upcoming update. For now please try the following:

    – edit the form
    – in the checkbox field enable the Bulk Edit option above the options
    – change all option values to lowercase like this:

    Allgemeine Infos;allgemeine-infos; 0
Dämmung/Dämmsysteme;daemmung-daemmsystene; 0
Blower Door Tests;blower-door-tests; 0

    You can copy-paste the above there.

    Please let us know if this has solved the issue.
