Email results based on question answer

Hi,
Thank you for your wonderfull plugin!

I have the following question. Our surveys are filled in a lot and we do not need to get the repsonses of each survey. Allthoug there is a question for participants to leave there email adress or phone number if they want us to contact them about their results. Is there a way those surveys only will be send to a specific email adress?
