You may need to upgrade to the Pro version because the information your users enter is too large for the free version.
A simple way to see if form size is a problem is to fill out the form with the least amount of information necessary to complete the form and get an email. See if you get all the fields you filled. You may also want to temporarily un-require fields if you still don’t get all fields. Basically if you can determine that you get the fields you filled out when not entering too much info, but don’t get all the fields when you enter a lot of data, then you’ll know if you need to upgrade.
On another note you may want to look into this javascript error I found on the first step. It may/may not be interfering with this plugin:

Hi,
first of all thank for your quick and complete reply!
On the other side, the plugin has been working from last three months with the free version, withs the same volume of data (all fields are required). The option to buy the PRO version is related with the last update?, the question is in order to be sure that making it the problem will be solved…
If you can confirm I´ll proceed due at this time the web is commercially stopped.
Also, I´ll check the code that you mention and the autoptimize plugin interaction.
I´ll appreciate your feedback!
Brgds, Flavio
The option to upgrade to the PRO version was the main purpose of the last update. I’m not too sure what you’re asking, but the update should not have affected the the free version’s size limitations. If the plugin was working fine before I would investigate other things before purchasing. The javascript error is one thing, but also think if any fields (required or not) were added or reworded recently that might have caused users to enter more data.
Regarding if any fields were changed recently, I can confirm that the form if the same from last months. Related with the plugin autoptimize I´ve just tested including deactivating it, and is not the problem.
I promise that it was working fine and it´s related with last update. If you don´t find anything strange be sure that I´ll buy the PRO, but pls check it to be sure also that is nothing more involved that can be solved. Brdgs.
I don’t see anything that would cause the form to stop working in version 3.0. Before you upgrade to PRO, make sure the form still can send at least the required fields in the email. If it doesn’t, the PRO version may not help you as it may not be a size limit problem.
Another thing you can do is downgrade to 2.26 and see if it fixes the problem. Always backup your site in case of problems.
Txs for support!, now to be quick we decide to simplify the form, next steps will be proceed with your suggestion.
Best regards!
