Hello, I thought my writing was quite clear, and I’m attaching a screenshot. However, the issue is that emails are not being sent to the addresses we entered in the email settings; only the email address I wrote in the first line is receiving emails, while the second email address is not receiving any.

Thank you for getting back to us.
It seems you’re referring to the weekly report email sent by the plugin. I tested this functionality on my end by adding two email addresses to the field in the settings, and everything worked as expected—I received recovery reports at both addresses. Could you try using different email addresses or checking the spam folder in case the email landed there?
