Email Server Conflict

I’m moving a development site from my server to another host’s server. We designed the site, but the client is retaining their original host. They have their email with that host. When I move our WP files to that server, is there anything I need to be aware of regarding their email server setups. Fairly new at this and don’t want to crash their emails. Comments would be greatly appreciated.
