• Hi WPForms Support Team,

I have a question regarding form notifications. Is it possible to receive notification emails at two different email addresses from the same form submission?

I currently have the Site Administrator Email configured and have also tried adding my personal Gmail address as an additional recipient. However, after submitting the form, I am not receiving any notification emails.

Could you please confirm the correct way to configure multiple notification recipients and advise what might be causing the emails not to be delivered?

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Hi @souravjj4 ,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Yes, you can absolutely send notification emails to multiple email addresses from the same form submission in WPForms Lite.

To do this, go to your form’s Notifications settings and add multiple email addresses in the Send To Email Address field, separated by commas. For example:

    [email protected], [email protected]

If you’re not receiving notifications at either email address, please double-check that your notification settings are configured correctly by following this guide: https://wpforms.com/docs/setup-form-notification-wpforms/

If your notification settings are correct, the issue is likely because the emails sent from WordPress are not authenticated (unlike emails sent directly from dedicated email service providers). As a result, they are likely to be filtered by the receiving mail server.

To resolve email delivery issues like this, you can configure a SMTP plugin on your site so that emails are sent as authenticated. We have an article with a list of recommended SMTP options and links to their setup tutorials.

    I hope this helps 🙂
