email sharing error

I’m using the horizontal sharing bar and the email sharing option seems to work fine for me, but a visitor has complained that an error pops up and says something like they “should check with Windows store” and no email sending option appears.
Any ideas why this might be happening? I imagine that it’s a system setup issue, but I’m not a windows user. Thanks!
