Hi Fouzia,
The few times I’ve seen this reported from other users, it’s always been a problem caused by another plugin that was interfering with the dates.
The best way to troubleshoot this is to deactivate all other plugins and switch to a default theme, like TwentySixteen. Then you can start reactivating plugins and testing as you go until you find the problem plugin.
Hi Nate
As you suggested we deactivated all other plugins except the restaurant reservation plugin and the business profile plugin and switched to the twenty sixteen theme as well. Please take a look and let me know why it is still showing the wrong date in the email. Here are the details:

Hi Fouzia,
I’m afraid I’m not sure what would be the cause if you’ve really deactivated all other plugins. I tested on your website and got the same result, though I notice that you have a number of plugins activated, including an events manager plugin which almost certainly interacts with date/times.
I’m unable to reproduce it in my own installation, and if it were a bug that was happening generally I’d have thousands of users complaining about it. I’d recommend going back to a fresh install and testing from scratch to try to determine where in the process the date gets tampered with.
Hi Nate,
We tried everything but it is not working. Now the only option we can do to make this plugin work is to hide the date in the first email and then send the second confirmation email which shows the correct date and other details. But there is another thing missing in the second email which is the restaurant location for which the booking is made. So I request you to send me the email notification template tags for multiple locations. For example: {user_email} {user_name} {bookings_link}. I would appreciate your help very much.
thanks
Fouzia
Hi Fouzia,
There isn’t yet a template tag for the location, but I do plan on adding one in the next update. You can follow the progress here:
