Email Styling missing

    Since installing the plugin all my emails are being sent as plain text. How do i restore the WP custom styles for emails. Before installing the plugin I was using the built in WP email sender and it worked fine. Emails received were nicely decorated using the Appearance | Email settings. Since installing this all the styling has disappeared. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks

    Can you give more details?

    1. What SMTP service do you use?
    2. Where the HTML emails come from? I want to test myself

    Hi – thanks for the reply. We switched to WP Mail and it seems to work perfectly. Any emails sent with Post SMTP lost all the formatting. Setup the email exactly the same as WP Mail so can’t really help you any further with details.

    I just use my ISP provider’s (Krystal.co.uk) SMTP service.
