    Hi support team,

I am using leads with created forms to collect user emails and send newsletters via MailPoet (Inbound Extension – MailPoet Integration).

It is working so far, but when it comes to .info email domain submissions, those emails are not getting the first email submitted to accept the subscription link.

Usually after data submission, an email to the user who has filled out the form will be send to accept the subscription (as newsletter subscriptions do)

Those form fields submissions work as I get “new lead” info via email. BUT the email to be received from the subscriber after submission to accept subscription

    – does NOT work or not beeing transfered to .info TLD domains
    – but does work when user fill out the form by using .com TLD

    Screen Shot – http://screencast.com/t/xU8VEhsia

This is very strange and does not work for all my .info TLD emails I tried to use.
I asked my domain provider and he answered me –

Support Info: I didn’t think of it before but some email forms do not work with .info domains. It can be because they expect three letter domain suffixes or that they were never updated when the .info domain became available. This is likely the cause of the issue.

Do you have any idea from this?
Can you please enable the changes accordingly?

    Looking forward to your answer.

    Best regards, Alex

    Hi Support Team,

actually I have to say, that I am disappointed that you are not answered on my support request !!!

But finally I could have found out by myself.
I could now solved this issue by using now WP Sendgrid.

By searching around in google I found that there are many problems listed of failure to deliver emails via core wordpress send function as this may marked as SPAM in case of missing SMTP submission.

Also I tried your postman smtp plugin suggest and was not able to get it run on my system.

So I used the suggest of mailpoet support – Why Do We Recommend Using an SMTP Provider?

    Now it works proper!

    Best regards, Alex
