Email Subscription Box Doesn't Appear

I was able to get the subscription box to pop up, but the email box isn’t on it. I have gone over the settings twice with a tutorial at WordPressKing.com, and also had my web designer look at it. We can’t figure it out… Any ideas? http://dietwithus.net/

Hi ietwthus,

It sems like you haven’t set the fields for the form. Click the edit button against your form and add your fields.

I had this same problem, I went back and set the fields but the updates weren’t showing.

I have the same problem http://www.letsgotopuglia.co.uk. I have created a topbar subscription form with fields but I only get the bar, no form, no fields. It is totally unclear as to what I am supposed to do. Help please

Did you try to add fields to your form? To add fields, Click the edit button against your form.

Please keep the top bar option enabled so that we can have a look at the issue.

I’m having the same problem. In the preview the name and email fields show up fine. But on my website they are no where to be found. Can you please explain what you mean by “Click the edit button against your form.” What does that mean “against the form”?
I’ve filled out all the information required in the backend of my site using the chimpmate plugin.

Hi PMPTherapy,

Preview is just a preview of the theme, doesn’t include the form.
Under General tab, in Custom Form Section, you’ll have a table with one form, in that table under options, you’ll find the edit button.
