I have a premium version of Lucky Wheel. I want to import emails I received through the WP Lucky Wheel plugin. Can you send me some tutorial? Can I sync emails by language?

I’m having trouble setting up a topic there. He writes to me: “You can not create a topic in this category forum. Please renew or enter your purchased code.” I logged in there I verified my code via envato. However, he still says “You can not create a topic on this category forum. Please renew or enter your purchased code.” I don’t know what else to say so I can write there. I’ve never seen such a complicated forum. Can you please help me?
