If you see raw HTML code instead of template, it usually means that either the specific e-mail client app or this particular inbox doesn’t correctly parse HTML. It’s rare but it is possible. Are other HTML e-mails (from other sources than your site) rendered correctly in this inbox?
If not – it confirms it’s an inbox or e-mail client app issue.
If they do show other HTML correctly but not messages templated with Branda, then it suggests that there’s some sort of a conflict on site that causes these templates to be corrupted in some way.
Are you using any other plugins that may possibly be styling/templating e-mail messages or any additional plugins that handle e-mail sending (e.g. for SMTP – other than Branda)?
What e-mail client are you using to check these e-mails?
