Hi, I noticed a small bug with the plugin. If we happen to use an escapable character in this Header Text field, backslashes keeps getting added to the header text. I have to go and update the field in the DB each time. For example, after a few saves my header text became “Don\\\’t forget about me!” The Subject field does not have this issue.

    Hi,

I have tried to replicate the issue on our staging server. I have added “Don’t forget about me!” header in the setting “Email Template Header Text” of Add / Edit Email Template page.

Please check the screenshot for it: https://www.screencast.com/t/mIfsLuUF

And then send the test email from email template. I have noticed that there is no extra backslashes is added. Also, I have abandoned a cart and receive the abandoned cart reminder email. Please check the screenshot for it: https://www.screencast.com/t/nLB917JMIR

We need to check the issue on your site. As we are not able to replicate it on our staging server.

Can you please create the Forum on our plugin’s forum page? Below is our plugin’s forum page link:

Please let me know if you have any further question.

    Regards,
    Chetna Bhutka
