Email Template showing Raw HTML

Hi Ultimate Member Support Team,
I’m reaching out to report a bug I’ve encountered with the email system in your plugin.
Environment
- Plugin version: 2.11.4
- WordPress version: 6.9.4
- PHP version: 8.1
The Issue
Users are receiving raw HTML source code in their emails instead of properly rendered HTML. This affects the following templates:- Account Welcome Email
- Account Deletion Email

Should I remove the “check” ? No
Have you customised these failing email templates?
If Yes, try to delete them from this folder in order to use the UM default templates.

Install an email logging plugin like “Check & Log Email”
and look at the plugin’s log of sent emails.
You can view both the raw and HTML versions of the outgoing emails.
If outgoing emails looks OK then you have an issue during transportation of the emails either a SMTP service or a destination email server/client issue.https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/check-email/
