Email test dont work

Hello, I am a beginner in wordpress and sorry for my bad english I am french.
In the admin panel of the plugin, i save the template and when I click on email test, the load button is spinning, I have the confirmation message “email sent”. In my gmail inbox, no emails, or spam, junk or other, no emails ..
When I create a user account on my site, in the registration process, I receive emails with the layout created by the plugin.
the email test does not work is annoying to configure my template. please, how to make this email test work? please, how to make this email test work?
I uninstalled the plugin, then reinstall, it does not change anything, I noticed that the uninstall was not complete… when reinstalling all settings were kept … Is this normal? what is the name of the table in Mysql of this plugins ?
